services, memberships, classes, events, private experiences, and other services offered by Mogul Fit
Studios. By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a class or membership,
registering for an event, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Studio Services
Mogul Fit Studios offers Yoga, Mat Pilates, fitness, wellness classes, memberships, workshops,
private events, studio rentals, and related products or services.
Class schedules, instructors, pricing, availability, and offerings may change at any time.

2. Booking & Payment
Classes and services must be booked through our approved booking platform or directly through
Mogul Fit Studios.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Prices, memberships, promotional offers, and packages are subject to change. Changes will not affect
purchases already completed unless otherwise disclosed.

3. Memberships
• Membership benefits, billing frequency, included classes, and restrictions will be disclosed at the time
of purchase.
• Recurring memberships will continue until canceled according to the cancellation terms associated
with the membership.
• Members are responsible for keeping valid payment information on file.
• Failure of payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership access.

4. Class Cancellations & No-Shows
Class reservations are subject to Mogul Fit Studios' cancellation and no-show policy.
Late cancellations or missed reservations may result in the loss of a class credit or an applicable fee.
Specific cancellation windows and charges will be displayed during booking or within your
membership agreement.

5. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated, completed classes, late cancellations, no-shows, and used membership
periods are non-refundable.
Retail merchandise may be subject to a separate return or exchange policy.
Mogul Fit Studios reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its discretion where appropriate.

6. Health & Participation
• Participation in physical fitness activities involves inherent risks.
• All participants must complete any required waiver, health acknowledgment, or release before
participating.
• You are responsible for determining whether you are physically able to participate.
• Participants should consult a healthcare professional when appropriate, particularly when pregnant,
postpartum, recovering from surgery or injury, or managing a medical condition.
• Mogul Fit Studios and its instructors do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

7. Studio Conduct
Guests are expected to treat instructors, staff, other members, and studio property respectfully.
Mogul Fit Studios may refuse service, remove a participant from class, suspend an account, or cancel
a membership for unsafe, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

8. Personal Property
Mogul Fit Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings except where
required by law.

9. Events & Private Bookings
Private events, workshops, studio rentals, and group bookings may require deposits, separate
agreements, minimum attendance, or additional cancellation terms.
Event-specific terms provided at the time of booking will control if they differ from these general
Terms.

10. Website Use
You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, copy
proprietary content without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

11. Intellectual Property
The Mogul Fit Studios name, logo, branding, website content, photographs, graphics, written
materials, class names, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Mogul Fit Studios.
They may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.

12. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers for scheduling, payments, email communication, website hosting,
analytics, or other business functions.
Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Promotions
Discounts, referral bonuses, founding-member promotions, giveaways, influencer offers, and other
promotional offers may have expiration dates, eligibility requirements, and additional terms.

Promotional offers have no cash value unless otherwise stated and may not be combined unless
permitted.

14. Disclaimer
Mogul Fit Studios does not guarantee any specific physical, fitness, health, weight-loss, strength,
flexibility, or wellness result.
Results vary based on many individual factors.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mogul Fit Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
